⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “My family of four and our little Yorkie absolutely loved our stay at Michael’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Michael was an amazing host—super responsive, friendly, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The location was safe and convenient, making it easy to get around. Even our Yorkie felt right at home, which made the experience even better. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend Michael’s place to anyone looking for a wonderful Airbnb stay!

Enjoyable experience. PROS : Close to everything downtown. Parking was in front and beside the home. The front porch was so nice to sit and watch enjoy conversations. Easy to walk to everywhere. Pleasant. Beds were comfortable. Linens were clean. Refrigerator was spotless. Dishes silverware were nice. Ghosts were very quiet. CONS: The house was of course old as the town. Floors were tilting and squeaking in some places. Doors didn’t shut properly. Guest Bathrooms were small and needed updating. Stairs were steep. House originally had musky odor that quickly dissipated after opening the doors and windows. All of these issues were expected with an old house so not a problem for us.

Michael’s home in New Bern was absolutely perfect for our stay! It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Michael was so easy to communicate and work with, which made the whole experience stress-free. This was the ideal spot for our family to gather, and we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!

Michaels place was cozy and comfortable. Probably one of the nicest Air bnbs we've stayed in. No expense was spared on decor, furniture, comforts, linens, etc. which is rare to find. The home is around 15 minutes to downtown New Bern and 45 mins to Emerald Isle.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very welcoming, clean, and in a perfect location. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. We’d definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. It was just a quick weekend trip but Michael and Heather were very flexible with check-in. There was a slight issue with the AC but both Michael and a Heather were responsive and fixed it quickly. We will definitely be back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I wanted to start this off with 5 more stars because the 5 I gave simply wasn’t enough. Michael was responsive, proactive, and even went the extra mile to gift us with a beautiful plaque upon check in. With us attending my aunts funeral, everything even down to the minor details was critical during this time. Michael made sure that this entire process was absolutely stress free. The home was fully stocked, he checked in frequently and I will forever be grateful for the extra care he took during this hosting to accommodate myself and my family.

My adult daughter, her adult cousin, and teen niece and nephew stayed here during a family gathering weekend in New Bern. They enjoyed the house and found it to be clean, a nice space, in a good location, and having a fun game room (with ping-pong enjoyed the most). There was excellent communication with the host.

Beautiful home love the location Newbern is a beautiful city; had a great time we could see 4th of July fire works from the house. we will be renting again and have friends and Family that want to rent this home.
