This was a true Airb&b experience. The place was super clean. The views of the river were breathtaking at times. The only issue we had was leaving. We didn’t want to leave. Great Host!

We loved staying at Michael’s place. It was perfect. The apartment was quiet and peaceful yet we could walk to the restaurants and shops within minutes. Michael responded promptly to our questions. He was always friendly and helpful. The apartment was pristine. There were extra touches including plush towels and wash cloths. We cannot wait to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Our family of four stayed here while visiting family nearby. The house is exactly as described and very well appointed with all the necessities needed for a stay away from home. The hosts did a fantastic job of renovating an older home while keeping its charm intact. It was spacious and relaxing for us and in a great location within downtown New Bern. Everything was walkable nearby and parking in the driveway was not an issue. Michael was a fantastic host and always proactive and responsive if we had any questions; check-in went smoothly as well as check-out. We really enjoyed the house and hope to stay here again in the future when visiting family. The only downside was that we didn’t have enough time to explore the local surroundings or relax in the house.

Great “home base” for respite and hospital proximity. Really enjoyed the fireplace.. which was one of the amenities I was seeking in an Airbnb this trip…there was a small issue getting it to work properly but Michael was very responsive and when we could t troubleshoot it … he sent one of the property managers over to resolve the next day. Even tho he has a fenced yard I prefer to walk my pups a few times daily and this neighborhood didn’t sosapoint.. very walkable… the main road is sidewalks and community property so pups can do their business … and u walk by some ponds … very peaceful. Michaels home is spacious which is great … we come with dog beds, crates, yoga mats and meditation cushions… plenty of room to spread out 🧘🏻‍♀️. I luv when properties hv laundry/cleaning supplies available. I didn’t use the hot tub … the screened in porch was another amenity I was hoping to enjoy… but it was too chilly… too bad cuz it’s a sweet space.

If we could give a six-star rating, we would! This place was like home away from home. It had everything we needed and almost everything in the house had been recently updated. It looked better in-person than it did in the photos. Plenty of space, a great layout, every kitchen accessory you could possibly need, plenty of parking space, and a fun detached garage/game room for all to enjoy. We were a group of five on this trip and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. No issues with entry, hot water was reliable, and both AC and heat were needed during our stay and both performed perfectly. You can tell they put a lot of thought (and money) into this place, and the results are fantastic. And a great host on top of it! Highly recommend!

We had the best time this holiday in New Bern. The location was perfect. The management team and support team was awesome. They made us feel at home. I would recommend this location and staff to everyone. While we normally stay at either the Courtyard or Doubletree, we have found a new home for our visits.

Our family had a fantastic time at this Airbnb. The location was ideal for us, being easy to find and drive to. The highlight was the incredible view of the river, which made for a beautiful and relaxing stay. The house itself was very clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed. Michael was a pleasure to communicate with, always helpful and responsive to our questions. We would highly recommend this place and are already looking forward to our next visit to the New Bern area.

I cannot say anything but amazing!! Has helped my family when we have been displaced from our home. He made us feel like we were home again and that was the best feeling ever!! So thankful!!
