♥ Your own Fully Furnished Private Apartment, newly renovated, in downtown New Bern ♥ 1.5 mile to Carolinas East Hospital. Drive, Bike, or even walk if it's not too hot! ♥ IF you are booking direct, PLEASE READ. We no longer do security deposits. What we do is we charge a $50/month "management fee" which we use to buy a damage protection policy. Additionally, to reserve the unit, we require a 25% of first months rent deposit upon confirmation. The additional 75% is due the day you arrive.

This apartment unit is an ideal location within easy walking distance of downtown New Bern and other attractions, including Tryon Palace. Excellent base in which to bicycle around town and neighborhoods. Boat and kayak launch opportunities are nearby. The common laundry for the rental units was very convenient. Owner was very responsive, and housekeeping was sent out quickly when we requested some additional supplies.

Great location! Easy walk to breweries and downtown. We enjoyed walking our dogs around the neighborhood. The apartment was clean and had all the necessities. Even with issues with the keypad, the host was very responsive and helpful. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

All I can say is that this is a hidden gem. Went to my 1st Mums fest, which l.literally was able to walk to.. Awesome host that is very responsive, which is critical to me.
